00 FLSA Job Summary / Basic Function Performing the scanning and indexing of all documents for the Financial Aid Office, as well as other departments on campus.
The applicant will be working in close proximity with other staff members within the Financial Aid and Scholarship Office and other departments on campus.
The applicant will need to possess strong communication skills.
Working hours are flexible. We will adjust the work schedule to accommodate the employee’s class schedule. Opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week.
This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience using Banner software, current WSU student, experience operating a scanner, and prior data entry experience.
Proficient in typing and 10-key, self-motivated with an attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work in a team atmosphere, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications
