Robert Half is partnering with a Miami immigration law firm seeking 2 immigration attorneys with 2+ years’ experience to join its team.
The position is on-site with schedule flexibility. These immigration attorneys will handle motions, appeals, and complex legal strategies, ensuring exceptional client support and justice.
Base salary up to $150,000 plus health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Responsibilities :
- Develop appeal strategies and review denial decisions.
- Coordinate legal strategies with team members.
- Manage case filings and deadlines.
- Review and edit USCIS submissions.
- Research legal issues and prepare briefs and motions.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active Bar license in good standing.
- 2+ years immigration law experience.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
