Novaris Search are currently partnered with a rapidly growing organization in the veterinary service space, in the search for a multi-site Medical DVM to support multiple practices across the North Eastern states.
This position will hold responsibility for managing multiple GP and UC locations.
Requirements
- Veterinary Medical Degree (DVM / MVD)
- Experience managing +10 DVMs preferred
- Experience managing multiple facilities preferred (open to experience managing large facilities)
- Able to practice up to 75% across multiple locations within a 45 minute radius
- Able to influence culture change
