How will you make an impact in this role?

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and adaptable product leader to craft and deliver the vision for Acquisition and onboarding experiences.

There are three broad pillars in this team 1. GO2 platform - build the foundational features on GO2 that are leveraged by teams across Customer Acquisitions domain to launch new markets and products.

2.API’s Create and maintain GO2 API’s for Acquisitions 3. Business Rules function responsible for enabling processes for Product launches / enhancements through a configuration engine.

In this role on the Enterprise Acquisition Products and Platforms team, a key responsibility will be to build and execute the strategy for migration to the new GO2 Unify platform and build a scalable Data Retention and Purge solution for Acquisitions domain.

You will lead a high-performing team of Product managers / Product owners and partner with Technology and stakeholders across the Enterprise to enable this vision to directly contribute to our bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • Defining product vision, strategy and roadmap for your products.
  • Own key stakeholder relationships with teams across the enterprise such as Technology, Risk, Compliance, Ops Excellence, C360, AENB Reg O Compliance, Financial Crimes, Mobile team and others.
  • Owning product discovery by forming hypotheses, defining objectives and key results, and assessing options that best balance cost-benefit to achieve defined outcomes.
  • Defining MVPs to meet strategic business outcomes while balancing innovation and efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce friction, increase automation and drive-up approval rates to generate incremental revenue via product enhancements and continuous experimentation, in partnership with analytics and UX research teams.
  • Improving efficiency, scale and time-to-market by leveraging and enhancing our global platform architecture, in partnership with technology and other acquisition product teams.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of Product Managers.
  • Partnering with Solution Managers to define scalable solutions that meet current and future product needs.
  • Delivering your goals and outcomes throughout the product life cycle, partnering with Agile Release Train Lead and Release Train Engineer to manage.
  • Improving efficiency of planning and delivery by contributing to process and working practice improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive Product Management experience in an Agile environment (5+ years).
  • Proven ability to craft, drive, and maintain a product vision, strategy and prioritized backlog.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Able to simplify complex ideas, navigate cross-functional teams and build relationships, influence decisions, and deliver on shared objectives.
  • Ability to coach and motivate a product team and foster a diverse and inclusive team culture, encouraging input from all team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
  • Ability to self-start, carve opportunities out of ambiguity, and operate with a high degree of independence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running cross-team Discovery for new products and product enhancements.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment with an understanding of compliance, control, data governance and integrity processes.

Salary Range : $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
