Project Manager Traffic / Transportation

We are seeking a project manager to grow our traffic and transportation group in the northeast.

Responsibilities Include :

Manages entire project delivery process of moderate to complex projects and / or specific project phases including but not limited to schedule, scope, budget, quality and documentation.

Meets or exceeds the profitability goals for the project.

  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Managing resources and productivity
  • Project QA / QC
  • Determining, enforcing and meeting deadlines
  • Maintaining project quality and design standards for basic to moderately complex projects that are primarily within a single discipline
  • Developing proposals / contracts / agreements
  • Building strong client relationships is essential to this position
  • Client and government agency interactions and excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.

Required Experience :

  • 8+ years’ experience
  • Relevant traffic / transportation experience
  • Familiarity with DOT and local municipalities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A BS degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field is required. FE / EIT or PE preferred
