Responsibilities
You will be working with elite investment professionals to build cutting-edge, high quality alpha signals and platform. In this role, you will
- Migrate data pipelines that load vendor data to Sybase IQ away from a legacy SAS / Informatica stack. Adapt to utilize Snowflake based datasets and an internal Python framework.
- Partner with other teams to integrate.
- Identify and implement ways to improve the efficiency of our system.
Qualifications
We value post-graduate degree holders, and we also value individuals with equivalent commercial experience.
BA / BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- At least 5+ years’ experience working in data analytics environments.
- 5+ years’ experience in SAS
- 5+ years’ experience in Python
- 2+ years’ experience in Informatica
- 2+ years’ experience in DBT
- Experience with dev ops tools like Git, Maven, or Azure DevOps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for learning and implementing new technologies.
