Job Title : Warehouse Assistant
Location : DFW Airport, TX 75261
Working Hours : 7 : 30am to 4 : 00pm CST
Summary :
Under the supervision of the Materials & Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, shipping, and maintaining parts and supplies at the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inspect materials for damage and verify compliance with orders.
- Issue materials to authorized staff and update inventory records.
- Stock shelves, organize materials, and assist with inventory counts.
- Serve as a liaison with staff, service providers, and suppliers to resolve inventory issues.
- Review and track requisitions and purchase orders.
- Operate vehicles and equipment such as forklifts and banding machines.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Valid Class C driver's license.
- Ability to operate a forklift and computerized inventory systems.
- Must obtain and maintain a SIDA badge.
Physical Demands :
- Frequently lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Operate warehouse equipment and drive on airport premises.
