Are you energized by creating exceptional experiences that keep customers coming back and becoming Raving Fans? Pink Stork is looking for a Customer-Obsessed Marketing Coordinator who is dedicated to understanding, anticipating, and fulfilling customer needs at every touchpoint.
In this role, you will be an essential part of our marketing team, ensuring our messaging, campaigns, and strategies consistently exceed customer expectations and create memorable experiences that resonate with women everywhere.
Responsibilities :
- Customer-Centric Campaigns : Design and execute campaigns that are aligned with customer interests, feedback, and needs, making sure our messaging speaks directly to them.
- Social Listening & Engagement : Monitor customer conversations across social platforms, respond promptly to customer inquiries, and actively engage to foster a supportive community.
- Brand Ambassador Support : Coordinate and support our brand ambassadors, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to connect with customers in an authentic way.
- Content Creation : Help create content (social media, blog posts, emails) that speaks to the heart of our customers, addressing their challenges, celebrating their victories, and building trust.
- Customer Feedback Integration : Collaborate with Customer Support to analyze customer feedback and incorporate insights into our marketing strategies, ensuring we’re always improving our offerings based on real customer needs.
- Campaign Analysis : Track the performance of marketing initiatives, particularly focusing on customer satisfaction metrics, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Community Building : Help foster an inclusive, supportive online community by responding and communicating on social channels, Q&As, and interactive sessions that bring customers closer to our brand.
- Innovation : Be the voice of our customers in marketing meetings, constantly challenging the team to innovate and keep the customer at the center of all decisions.
Qualifications :
Experience : 1-3 years in a customer-focused marketing role, ideally within wellness, e-commerce, or women’s health.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of social media, community engagement, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with an empathetic and customer-first mindset.
- Creative, with a passion for storytelling that captures customers’ emotions and experiences.
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve customer experiences.

Compensation :
$40,000 - $50,000 per year and based off experience
