Responsibilities -
- Locating and designing supports for various piping systems
- Performing associated calculations
- Working closely with layout personnel and pipe stress engineers to deliver a quality and cost-effective design
- Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and vendors as required
- Prior experience working in a 3D model environment
Required Skills
- US Citizenship is required
- Good knowledge of AISC and ASME B31.3 and other relevant industry codes and standards
- Prior experience using structural analysis programs
Preferred Skills
- PE Registration
- Prior experience using pipe support analysis programs GTStrudel
- Prior experience using Pipe SupportModeler software
- Previous Bechtel project experience
- Previous DOD / DOE project experience
