DESCRIPTION : Duties : Conduct research and analysis to support the development of J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Wealth Management's matter views and serve as an investments subject matter expert for clients and advisors across the U.

S. and Latin America business regions - covering the Private Bank, J.P. Morgan Advisors, and Chase Wealth Management. Handle multiple deliverables : co-author a daily market insights newsletter, produce client emails to respond to market-moving events, create resources specific to the Latin America business and Latin American markets, speak on outlook calls, and attend client meetings.

Co-author a monthly research paper, oversee the monthly creation of the Key Investment Themes chartbook, and produce content for our mass-affluent U.

S. and Latin American client demographic. Lead the Latin America Morning Meeting and Brokerage Best Ideas / Managed Deep Dive meetings.

Consult with analysts, associates, and advisors to advise on specific market and investment topics. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week.

This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel. QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum education and experience required : Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Global Investment Strategists, Fixed Income eCommerce Analyst, eCommerce - Corporate & Investment Bank, Market Risk Analyst, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Global Investment Strategists, Fixed Income eCommerce Analyst, eCommerce - Corporate & Investment Bank, Market Risk Analyst, or related occupation.

  • Skills Required : Requires experience in the following : Python; coding skills; Haver Analytics; Bloomberg Finance; knowledge on OECD, World Bank, and Latin American Central Bank databases, global data repositories;
  • ability to engage with broad audiences, conveying complex financial concepts in simple terms; global markets; asset allocation and portfolio theory;

Latin American politics; SIE Certification required. Job Location : 390 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10017. This position requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week. Full-Time. Salary : $150,000 - $150,000 per year.
