Position Overview :
The Epicor Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Epicor ERP system, analyzing business processes, and delivering actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Epicor functionality and the ability to leverage tools like Power BI and other Microsoft technologies to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Management : Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Epicor ERP system to ensure it meets business needs.
- Data Analysis : Analyze and interpret data from Epicor to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within business processes.
- Reporting : Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize data and provide insights to stakeholders.
- User Support : Train and assist users in navigating the Epicor system and utilizing reporting tools effectively.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.
- Documentation : Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, user guides, and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Epicor functionality and recommend improvements as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Epicor ERP, including configuration and reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Excel and SQL Server.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus.
