- Faculty position within a 5-5-5 community-based family medicine residency program.
- Supervise residents in a dedicated family medicine residency clinic.
- Provide care independently to patients as needed.
- Optional opportunity to supervise embedded MAT / suboxone clinic.
- Optional supervision for transgender patient care, with hormone therapy; upskilling is available.
- Work minimum of two consecutive days.
- Clinic offers a supportive team including "medical home"-type RN, two triage RNs, RN Supervisor, in-house psychiatrist, and administrative director.
- Focus on providing care to an underserved population.
- Patient encounters per shift : 15.
- Potential for a permanent position if mutually interested.
Specialty Skills Required :
- Family Medicine Gynecology : Well woman care is required; IUD insertion / removal preferred.
- Obstetrics : Prenatal care preferred but not required; no requirement for deliveries or ultrasounds.
- Pediatrics : Required care for infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents; newborn care preferred, but not newborn resuscitation.
- General outpatient care required; inpatient and PICU not required.
Facility and Certifications :
- Trauma level : 0
- Pediatric level : 0
- Estimated credentialing timeframe : 60 days
- Fellowship : 1 year preferred
