Role Impact : As a Mental Health Clinician, you'll play a crucial role in changing lives by providing assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and case management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct Behavioral Health Assessments and implement Treatment Plans.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group counseling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage crisis situations.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary team discussions and weekly supervision sessions.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards and participate in after-hours on-call services.

Candidate Profile :

  • Masters Degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
  • Must be BBS-registered (AMFT, ACSW, APCC).
  • Affinity to work with LGBTQIA+ Community and homeless youth affected by racism, homophobia, etc.
  • Must be comfortable working in the community - traveling to meet clients in coffee shops, YMCA satellite office, etc.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
