Salary : ( Base range : $75,000 - $90,000, OTE range : $130,000 - $160,000, Commission and bonus opportunities)
Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in a fast-paced, innovative AI tech startup.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth, build a high-performing sales team, and foster a collaborative sales culture.
This role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Building and Leadership :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment focused on professional growth and exceptional performance.
Sales Strategy Development :
- Establish sales processes and best practices to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and meet sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting :
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against these goals.
- Report on monthly and quarterly sales outcomes, utilizing data-driven insights to adjust strategies as needed.
Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to inform product and service improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a B2B environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic vision.
