Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
We are seeking a full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor to join our team, dedicated to offering high-quality mental health services and work together to find every path possible for our patients to reach their maximum independence and quality of life.

Salary : $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
Responsibilities :
- Provides counseling and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care.
- Tests and evaluates patients.
- Implements the specific counseling activities and / or interventions that will lead to accomplishing the plan goals.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Performs reporting procedures.
- Attends meetings and conferences to keep current on ideas and techniques in the field of counseling.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Professional Counselor from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in providing clinical services
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
