Join Our Team as a Mixer Operator at Quality Harvest Foods!
Are you ready to mix things up literally? We’re looking for a Mixer Operator who’s passionate about food production and thrives in a dynamic environment.
If you enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for quality, and can lift with strength and stamina, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do :
- Combine ingredients to create our delicious products doughs, cheeses, fillings, and more!
- Be a vital part of our production line by assisting with changeovers, cleaning, and equipment inspection.
- Track materials and lot numbers using our ERP system (don’t worry we’ll teach you!).
- Regularly lift and dump bags of ingredients (up to 55 lbs) and team-lift bins over 60 lbs.
- Keep your work area tidy and promote a positive, safe work environment.
- Follow strict quality procedures to ensure every batch is perfect!
What We're Looking For :
- High School Diploma or GED is a bonus, but we’re open to all!
- Solid communication skills you’ll be reading safety data and collaborating with your team.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures, from hot to cold environments.
- A true team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.
- Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a keen eye for detail.
- 1 year of mixing experience in food production is preferred but not required if you’re eager to learn, we’re eager to teach!
Competitive pay :
- Day Shift : $20 / hour
- Swing Shift : $21 / hour
- Night Shift : $22 / hour
