Mechanical Contractor in Kansas City area is looking for a HVAC Service Sales Professional. Offering excellent compensation, benefits and collaborative team culture.
This position will be responsible to develop, estimate, sell HVAC Projects and / or Services. This position will target strategically significant clients in the Owner Direct community.
This is a role that heavily focuses on building relationships with a limited number of accounts to be determined by sales and operations leadership.
This role is intended for a HVAC professional with estimating and / or sales skills
Requirements / Needs :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or relevant field. May be substituted for 1 years of experience.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Estimator / Sales Professional and combination thereof in HVAC or HVAC related business
- Ability to read plans and specs.
- Ability to estimate mechanical projects with limited training
- Advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
