Position : Accounting Automation Analyst Location : Tempe, AZ (Hybrid) Duration : 6 Months with EXT Will be heavily using SAP (HEC) application.

- Experience with in-depth business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modeling
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Experience with SAP Surrounding team / key projects

- Flight related initiatives
- CA sick- flight SAP payroll experience is a hard requirement. Attention to detail is a must. Good background in regression testing, implementation experience, and / or UAT testing is preferred. Job Description :
- This job is a member of the payroll Automation Team within the Finance Division.
- Responsible for gathering business requirements, testing, implementation and documentation of payroll and business processes and related interfaces impacting the payroll systems and the general ledger.
What you'll do
- Gathers and documents business requirements related to payroll and business activities
- Analyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources to create documentation, including but not limited to business requirements, process flows, test plans, test scripts and test results
- Assists with developing and performing the testing related to the payroll system and downstream systems
- Represents the department in meetings and through written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
- Assists in identifying and documenting internal controls in support of auditing team
- Some travel required, as needed
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field and / or equivalent experience / training, including payroll and payroll processes
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- At least 3-5 years payroll, Finance or Accounting experience
- Experience with in depth business systems analysis, functional design, documentation, and process modeling
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks
- Experience with SAP is required

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
