Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and review of marketing materials and CMS-required regulatory documentsImplement and maintain marketing compliance programs, including audits and process improvementsServe as a liaison between Marketing, Compliance, and other key functions to ensure compliant project progressRequired Qualifications5-7+ years of experience in a Medicare Advantage marketing, sales, or compliance roleWorking knowledge of federal and state laws, CMS policy guidance, and contract standardsPrior compliance experience in a highly regulated environmentExperience with a national carrier in the health insurance spaceAbility to create dashboards and tools to evaluate compliance performance
