Key ResponsibilitiesManage billing processes, including pre-bill edits and claim submissions for accuracy and complianceResolve billing-related denials, identify trends, and initiate appeals as necessaryCollaborate with multiple departments to obtain information and ensure timely resolution of outstanding accounts receivableRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalencyAt least 3 years of electronic billing or billing editing experience in a hospital or physician office settingKnowledge of HCPCS, CPT-4, and ICD9-10 codingProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordFamiliarity with multiple payer requirements and regulations for claims processing
