IT Knowledge Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Crafting Our Knowledge Management Vision :
- Shape and elevate our knowledge management strategy to align with our dynamic organizational goals.
- Uncover and implement exciting ways to leverage Microsoft 365 features, enhancing how we share and collaborate.
- Ensure our knowledge resources are captured, organized, and accessed seamlessly through refined processes and procedures.
- Designing Intuitive SharePoint Experiences :
- Innovate and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and metadata structures that make knowledge management a breeze.
- Create user-friendly navigation and powerful search functionalities that ensure our teams find what they need quickly.
- Develop and maintain a consistent taxonomy and metadata schema that brings clarity and organization to our knowledge assets.
- Curating and Elevating Content :
- Guide and mentor our content creators to produce, update, and organize knowledge resources with excellence.
- Review and enhance existing knowledge assets to maintain top-notch quality and accuracy.
- Analyze Microsoft 365 Usage Reports quarterly to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
- Empowering Users Through Training and Support :
- Provide expert support and solutions to user inquiries related to our knowledge management systems and tools.
- Promote and champion the benefits of Microsoft 365, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Driving Continuous Improvement :
- Analyze user feedback and engagement metrics to drive enhancements in our knowledge management system.
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest Microsoft innovations and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas to our knowledge practices.
- Propose and implement strategic updates that keep our knowledge management system at the forefront of efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of experience in knowledge management, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining effective knowledge systems.
- 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, with hands-on expertise in collaborating on IT solutions and systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, and a strong understanding of its capabilities for knowledge management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage knowledge management systems and processes.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
