Customer Sales Representative
Join our team as a Customer Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to valued customers at promotional events, brand awareness kiosks and shopping areas in and around Dallas.
No two days are the same in this position, so our client is looking for an outgoing creative and excited individual who is available full time.
CSR Duties :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assist customers with product selection, provide recommendations and process new sales.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Document customer details efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area for increased customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
CSR Skills :
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing sales transactions is preferred
