What You'll Do : Make warm sales calls from our extensive membership database. Help members identify their financial needs and explain how our products can protect their families.

Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support during the enrollment process and after policies are in place (including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance).

Ensure compliance with all industry regulatory requirements and ethical standards. What You Bring to the Table : Great Communication Skills You can connect with people easily, both in writing and on the phone.

Time Management Pro You know how to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized. Self-Motivation & Detail-Oriented You’re driven and know how to follow through on the details.

Sales Drive & Problem-Solving Skills You enjoy challenges and finding solutions for others. Team Player with Independent Work Skills You can work well solo or as part of a group.

Coachable You take feedback seriously and are always eager to grow and improve. Tech Savvy You’re comfortable using a Windows-based computer / laptop, smartphone, and have reliable internet access.
