We're Urgently Hiring Multiple Candidates!
We're excited to invite two dedicated individuals to join our team as Center Float Teachers.
In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to shape young minds and contribute to a positive learning environment across our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.

Responsibilities :
Gain hands-on experience floating between our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.
Support our Infant / Toddler and Preschool Staff as needed.
You can choose a Full-time or Part-time schedule, starting with our opening staff at 7 : 45 AM or closing at 6 : 15 PM.
Create a warm, welcoming, safe environment that fosters positive social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Build and encourage positive relationships, interactions, and communication between staff, parents, and children.
Requirements :
While Infant / Toddler and Preschool EEC certification is a plus, it’s not a requirement.
Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
A bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience working with children in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift at least 35 pounds, participate in physical activities, including walking with children, and navigate stairs while supervising children.
Full sight and sound supervision is essential.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple situations effectively.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak, read, and write English.
