Responsibilities :
Bookkeeping and Accounting :
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Prepare and submit financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles and regulations.
Office Management :
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering new supplies as needed.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Administrative Duties :
Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Organize and coordinate company events and meetings.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Financial Analysis and Reporting :
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses as requested by management.
Support the preparation of annual audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Working hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
