Speech Language Pathologist - Whiteland, Indiana
Position Overview : Join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Whiteland, Indiana! Connected Health Care, a premier recruitment and staffing firm focused on Healthcare and Educational Services, is partnering with an esteemed Educational Services client to find a dedicated SLP for a 36-week contract.
This role offers a competitive weekly compensation up to insert pay , based on experience.
Job Description :
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student evaluations and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional insights to support student development.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting is advantageous.
