The Specialist - CNC Operator is responsible for assisting in the effort to ensure safe, quality, and timely delivery of construction components from the site’s Manufacturing facility.
The Specialist has a significant impact on the development of standard processes as well as the training of team members within their specialized field.

Requirements :
- Understanding of basic drafting concepts.
- Programming experience required.
- Experience running ShopSabre and AXYZ machines required.
- Experience utilizing the RHINO CAM program.
- Ability to plan & execute wide variety of CNC tasks, using wide range of materials.
- Exercise a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working with staff, projects and proprietary information.
- Follow safety principles, processes, standard operating procedure (SOP), and job hazard analysis (JHA), for materials, equipment, and property.
- Complete necessary documentation and perform required material handling procedures for specified materials, products, and equipment in receiving, storing, disbursement and / or delivery.
- Prepare and assemble materials for manufacturing according to blueprints by mixing, cutting, bending, welding, gluing, or other specified instructions.
Materials may include but are not limited to wood & steel materials, joint compound, mortar / grout, caulking, paint, plastic, screws, and other typical building materials.
- Help to train others using previous experience where applicable.
- Maintain a clean work area. Keep debris, recyclables, unkept materials, and hazardous materials in their designated place.
- Operate equipment, hand / power tools including but not limited to moderate to repetitive use of tape measures, levels, squares, power tools, drills, saws, other typical building tools.
