Logistics Services Representative (10 : 30am to 7pm EST shift)

Within Logistics & Supply Chain, The Business Enablement team strategically supports the flow of merchandise from vendors into our Supply Chain.
The Logistics Services Representative provides logistics support to Domestic Vendors and Carriers. They ensure timely and effective communication cross functionally with logistics teams and externally with business partners.
The individual performs systems administration duties to support vendor and carrier related issues and resolution.
The Responsibilities You will Have in this Role :
- Provide a high level of service to vendors and carriers. Responds to incoming calls and inquires timely and effectively, maintaining a high level of on-duty call time.
- Answers vendor questions relative to routing requests, purchase order start-ship and cancel dates, TJXLogistics.com website specifics, and POE shipments.
- Establish new user profiles, and provides access to the E-Routing website. Maintains vendor location codes and grouping hierarchy.
Identifies multi-party vendors and performs vendor groupings.
- Perform case-by-case analysis of vendor locations database to ensure correct access for vendors. Ensures correct provisioning of user accounts to prevent inadvertent or intentional access to unauthorized data.
- Provide support to vendors using E-Routing (Delivery Management System) and assists vendors to achieve success in E-Routing.
Confirms shipping authorization numbers and verifies carrier pick-up dates for vendors as needed. Analyzes and troubleshoots E-Routing issues.
Perform systems administration duties to support vendor and operational needs. Educates vendors on the benefits and requirements of utilizing E-Routing.
Assists them in initial submission of orders. Explains systems security requirements required by Sarbanes-Oxley to vendors.
- Processes vendor code adds for existing vendors.
- Support Associate Planning with carrier performance issues and inquiries. Assist with the proactive management of carrier and vendor performance and problem resolution.
- Interact with Planning Analysts relative to vendor issues on carrier pick-ups and potential service issues. Collaborates for resolution.
- Participate in Cross-functional training and coverage with other areas.
- Must be flexible to accommodate coverage schedules as is required by the business.
- Assist with basic reporting input and generation.

This position has a starting pay range of $19 to $24.25 per hour.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
