Job Overview :

The Supply Chain Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and logistics to inventory management and on-time deliveries.

This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless supply chain that supports our subscription model across all product lines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the accuracy and frequency of inventory count processes to maintain reliable inventory records.
• Use inventory counts and demand projections to place accurate orders, taking into account lead times and safety stock levels.
• Analyze historical data and forecasting models to optimize order quantities and timing, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
• Monitor and assess vendor performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, addressing performance issues and negotiating terms to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Manage and streamline supply chain processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations across procurement, logistics, and on-time delivery functions.
• Utilize forecasting tools and methodologies to support strategic planning and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Advanced degree or certification (e.

g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.

• Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Two or more years of Supply Chain Management Experience
