As an Ophthalmology Process Analyst & Account Manager, your opportunities to make an impact will be :
Understand & Innovate : Dive deep into our customers' operations to identify time-consuming processes, repetitive tasks, and opportunities for automation.
Collaborate with our development team to design and document automation solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact between our development team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and successful implementation of automation solutions.
Build strong relationships with clients, generating referrals and proposals to drive business growth.
Educate & Support : Meet and interact with customers regularly. Conduct webinars, demos, and training sessions to ensure they fully understand and are actively benefiting from our services.
Ensure customers can quantify the ROI they are receiving from the services we provide. Assist our client success team in maintaining CRM documentation and addressing customer inquiries.
Problem-Solving : Work with the Product Development Team to ensure they are clear on needed features and issues customers experience that must be solved.
Proactively identify new automation opportunities within the customer's organization and address any issues or concerns raised by customers, striving to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
About You :
- Excellent Communicator : Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Enjoy engaging with customers and solving their challenges with professionalism and patience.
- Organized & Proactive : Possess strong organizational skills and enjoy a proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving.
Ability to thoroughly document complex processes and explain how to follow steps to accomplish customer goals and business needs in extremely clear, easy-to-understand terms.
- Tech-Savvy : You get excited about new technology and are eager to learn new software and features. You are comfortable navigating new software systems and have the ability to ask questions and look for opportunities to improve process and task turnaround times instinctively.
- Customer-Centric : Driven to listen and learn from both internal and external customers, with a deep desire to deliver exceptional service and value to customers.
Willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Continuous Learner : BA degree with at least 5 years of experience in ambulatory medical operations or medical revenue cycle.
Desire to take on more responsibility and grow product lines for our customers over time. Ability to cultivate a continuous improvement mindset and apply that knowledge to internal processes as well as learn and improve upon all aspects of customer processes as well.
Self-disciplined : Ability to thrive in a primarily fully remote environment, where trust, integrity, and autonomy are paramount to success.
Enjoy multi-tasking and have the ability to prioritize daily workload in a fast-paced and always evolving environment.
