What it takes to become an LPN or RN with Care Initiatives : * Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate.* Current, valid CPR Certification.* Documented completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within first 90-days of employment.
Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws.* A strong commitment to helping others and consistently treating them with empathy, respect, patience, and discretion.
