Requirements for this Lawn Care Supervisor job

• A minimum of five (3) years of relevant experience in lawn / horticulture / agronomy / lawn care services is necessary or an equivalent blend of education and experience.
• A minimum of three (2) years of supervisory management experience is essential.
• Certificates licenses and registrations mandated by federal and state laws are required.
• Category 24 Pesticides Licenses are a plus and should be obtained promptly if not already possessed.
• A valid permanent driver's license from the state of residence and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards are obligatory.
• Current liability auto insurance is required.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card is necessary.
• You must be at least 21 years old by the date of hire.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively with individuals at all levels of leadership and with frontline staff.
• Strong leadership abilities
• Training, mentoring, and effective time management skills.
• Competence with Google Apps or similar technologies.
