Accounts Receivable Specialist

To collect outstanding accounts and resolve customer billing problems. Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Responsibilities :

• Call on past due accounts
• Receive calls from customers and resolve issues with the customer service department.
• Prepare customer complaint forms when necessary to resolve billing issues.
• Generate and distribute monthly account statements.
• Maintain the accounts receivable files in an orderly and current manner
• Produce and distribute monthly credit memo reports
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and / or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and / or education level.
