Perform technical coordination of civil engineering projects and tasks.
Prepare large or complex designs, studies and other tasks for projects.
Assist in the development of client and agency relations.
Perform tasks for civil engineering projects, including preparation of designs, plans, specifications, estimates, studies, calculations and other tasks as required.
Supervise and direct the work of Design Engineers, Junior Engineers, Engineering Aides, Draftspersons and Clerical staff as assigned.
Review work products to ensure technical quality.
Provide positive leadership and assist in guiding staff career advancement.
Educate less experienced staff on the applicable engineering techniques and practices necessary for completion of project tasks.
Understand project objectives and schedules to fulfill project requirements.
Plan and organize appropriately to maintain productivity and profitability.
Collaborate with clients, agencies and subconsultants with limited supervision.
Collaborate with others on project assignments and company functions.
Perform field work.
Perform other duties as assigned by his or her supervisor.
Regular attendance is required for the position.
