Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Account Manager to ensure our customer’s clients achieve maximum value from their platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong client management skills and a background in logistics or SaaS. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust client relationships, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and providing ongoing support and training to our customer’s clients.

Your proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs and issues will be crucial in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term success.

As a Client Success Account Manager, you will monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure they are leveraging the platform effectively.

You will work closely with sales and product teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous improvements, ensuring our client’s offerings meet and exceed client expectations.

Your ability to understand client business goals and align the platform's capabilities to achieve these goals will be key to fostering strong, lasting partnerships.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Your expertise in client management, combined with a deep understanding of the logistics or SaaS industry, will enable you to provide exceptional service and support, driving client success and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities and Duties

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.

Onboard new clients by providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of our platform.

Proactively identify and address client needs, concerns, and issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Monitor client usage and performance metrics to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our platform, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to communicate client feedback, drive continuous improvement, and support the development of new features and solutions that enhance client success.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Education / Professional Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

3+ years of experience in client success or account management

Experience in logistics or SaaS is a plus
