Title : Creative Specialist and Video Editor
Location : Dallas, TX (3 days a week in office)

The Graphic and Video Editor will play a key role in maintaining visual presence across various digital platforms for organic, earned and paid content.
Key Responsibilities :
The Editor will take raw video footage and use editing skills and creativity to create viral video content for social media
Edit footage from clips, event, influencer and create montages, and other video content optimized for sharing on social media
Customize video format and content based on the social platform on which it will be shared which includes video versioning / variations in format lengths
Be able to capably transcode footage, mix and sweeten audio and handle color correction for delivery to varyingnetworks
Video Editing : Edit and assemble shortform videos for various social media platforms
Stay Current with Trends : Keep abreast of trends in shortform video content, social media, and pop culture
Optimization for Platforms : Understand the unique requirements and algorithms of different social media platforms and advertising specs for Meta, Snap, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
Feedback and Revisions : Accept feedback from Brand, Social, HCP team and other cross functional team, making necessary revisions to align with objectives.
Collaborate with Social, Media, Brand and Sales team to iterate on video concepts and continuously improve content
Collaborate and communicate with the social media team and show producers to offer creative and stylistic notes
Develop tactics for editing video content in a way that supports compelling storytelling that is both informative and entertaining
Create project templates for varying formats and edit in various digital-video formats
Deliver high-quality material on time and in an efficient manner
Organize and archive footage and deliverables in DAM and social depository system
Complete weekly performance reports to account for output and revenue
Offer occasional support for other team graphics needs, such as in static non-video environments, during periods of peak team workload or PTO coverage, for versioning assets to meet additional specs or ad hoc needs
Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Video, Cinematography, Graphic Design, or related design field
3-5 years of experience in video editing and competent graphic designer with advanced motion graphics skills using After Effects and other programs
Must have general working knowledge of all current cinema camera formats from Canon, Red, Sony and other
Experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both disciplines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Video Annotations, and other relevant design and video editing software (i.e Cap Cut)
Ability to produce and edit video sets such as lightening set up, color correcting footage, Splicing and ability to tell Stories varioussocial and ad formats
Creativity and Innovation : Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills
