Full Time Certified HVAC Tech!
Hourly Pay : $27.00 to $32.00
Schedule : Sunday-Thursday 9 : 30AM- 6 : 00PM
HVAC Tech performs skilled and semi-skilled work in the daily and preventative care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years hands-on with troubleshooting, repair of commercial HVAC equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, ice machines, household and commercial appliances, general electrical, plumbing and maintenance knowledge.
A day in the life may include :
- Performing heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and remodeling work.
- Ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents
- maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the community
- Ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs
To be successful in the role, you would have :
- Must have HVAC Certification
- 5+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience
- Commercial and home appliance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current & valid Drivers’ License and driving record free of major infractions
- Availability that includes evenings and some weekends
