Responsibilities :
HumanResourcesManagement :
- Overseethe onboarding processes ensuring the organization retains toptalent.
- Developand administer employee benefit programs including health insuranceretirement plans and wellnessinitiatives.
- Addressemployee relations issues promptly and effectively fostering apositive and inclusive workenvironment.
- Ensurecompliance with employment laws and regulations at alllevels.
TalentDevelopment andTraining :
- Workwith Department Leadership to identify training needs and developprograms to enhance employee skills andcompetencies.
- Implementcareer development initiatives to support employee growth andadvancement within theorganization.
- Workwith President to facilitate mentorship and coaching programs tofoster professional development and successionplanning.
AdministrativeOversight :
- Manageadministrative functions including office operations and facilitiesmanagement.
- Workwith department leadership to develop and implement administrativepolicies and procedures to streamline operations and ensureefficiency.
- Collaboratewith department heads to optimize administrative support across theorganization.
StrategicPlanning Support andReporting :
- Contributeto strategic planning initiatives by providing insights andrecommendations related to workforce management and organizationaldevelopment.
- Preparereports and analysis on key HR and administrative metricspresenting findings to senior management asneeded.
- Monitorindustry trends and best practices to inform decisionmaking andcontinuous improvementefforts.
Qualifications :
- Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fielda plus; or relatedexperience.
- 3years of experience in HRFunctions.
- Strongknowledge of HR policies procedures and employmentlaws.
- Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills with the ability to buildpositive relationships at all levels of theorganization.
- Proficiencyin HRIS systems and other relevant softwareapplications.
- Stronganalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to makedatadrivendecisions.
- Certificationin Human Resources (e.g. PHR SPHR) is aplus.
