However, the PM team generally operates a combination of on-site and in-office in the future.
Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for :
- Running Public Academic projects from start through completion on time & within budget
- Leading / Taking ownership of the project they are on
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
- Must be able to commute to project sites throughout Rhode Island

The Successful Applicant
The right Project Manager has the following qualifications :
- Strong background in ground-up commercial work along the lines of (institutional, state, federal, schools, healthcare)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
- Computer skill & familiarity with construction software
