As a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children.

Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required
  • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in similar role
  • Minimum qualifications set by State licensing
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
  • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
