Position Description :

Job Purpose and Scope :

Devises and executes website strategies that align with business objectives including : website user experience, website analytics reporting and optimization, website / CMS and related systems project management, collaboration with technical staff and vendors, and systems and product compliance with regulatory standards.

Essential Job Functions :

Manages and executes Bank OZK website user experience : Works with stakeholders to identify and synthesize requirements.

Researches customers, competitors, and products to make UX recommendations.Creates wireframes and prototypes.Collaborates with internal creative and technical teams.

Executes content updates in the CMS, including quality assurance (with developers) and project workflows.Creates and maintains documentation.

Flawlessly manages and executes website updates.

  • Facilitates and executes website and campaign analytics and reporting collaborating with external digital marketing agencies and internal analytics teams.
  • Manages and executes web project management, systems, and processes.
  • Develops landing pages, web forms, surveys, and other Marketing Automation integrations.
  • Establishes and integrates marketing technology stacks, improves workflows, and optimizes automation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborates closely with Compliance and Risk departments to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborates and manages working relationship with Martech vendors.
  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

  • Comprehensive knowledge of User Experience, Information Architecture, and website best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of wireframing / prototyping / UX design tools, user testing, and usability analysis.
  • Knowledge of website analytics and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Knowledge of marketing technology platforms including : Content Management Systems (ContentStack preferred), Web Analytics (GA preferred), Project Management (WorkFront preferred), and Marketing Automation (Marketo preferred).
  • Knowledge of bank products / services and regulations.
  • Ability to develop effective partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to think critically and demonstrate business acumen.
  • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate technical, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with exacting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent and effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate effective organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and demonstrate flexibility in a continually changing environment.
  • Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, human-computer interaction, interaction design, or another job-related field, or commensurate work experience, required.
  • 3+ years user experience, and marketing technology work experience, required.
  • 3+ years banking or financial services work experience, preferred.
