Our staff is required to be involved in the sales and operation of XD Dark Ride. Our expectation is to offer a fun and safe experience for all of our guests. Remember, we sell FUN!
Each and every team member is expected to :
- Greet guests with a smile and friendly demeanor.
- Sell the ride, and up sell combo tickets, gift certificates and promotions.
- Work the front door to increase sales.
- Use script provided and memorize word for word.
- Operate the ride efficiently and safely per all guidelines.
- Keep the store clean and tidy as per established guidelines.
- Secure all cash / cash drawer.
- Perform all opening and closing duties, per established guidelines.
