Job Title : Senior Employment Litigation Attorney

Job Description :
- If you are a skilled Litigation Attorney with experience in jury trials, conducting depositions, managing complex motion practice, and negotiating settlements, this position could be the perfect match for you.
- We pay all bar dues and CLE fees, and there may be relocation assistance available.
- Manage a caseload of at least 40 cases with precision and attention to detail
- Supervise the dedicated support staff assigned to your cases to ensure seamless operations
- Direct litigation strategies and represent clients in both West Virginia's circuit court and federal court
- Draft legal documents meticulously and conduct comprehensive legal research to bolster cases
- Able to handle difficult or negative situations with patience and diplomacy
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills, think quickly on their feet, and exude confidence in a courtroom setting.
