You will manage reagents, supplies, and inventory, input patient data, and provide exceptional customer service. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a fast-track progression to Medical Laboratory Scientist I in just over a year!
What to Expect
Schedule : We have two opportunities :
Nights 10 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM rotates e / o W / E (13% shift differential per hour / 8% W / E shift differential).
Training : Days 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM (6 weeks paid)

As a Medical Laboratory Generalist, you’ll get to :
- Manage Special Red Cell inventory and distribution.
- Offer technical support to hospital transfusion services.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify malfunctions.
- Conduct preparation and prequalification of reagents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry or other "hard’ science meeting the CLIA requirements for moderate or high complexity testing.
- Previous Lab experience preferred
