You will be taking phone calls, running errands, setting appointments, taking meeting minutes, filing paperwork, and any other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who enjoys planning and has great interpersonal and organizational skills.

Compensation : $18 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities :
- Schedule travel and arranging for accommodations, flights, and transportation
- Run errands and pick up orders as needed
- Ensure filing systems are kept orderly and up to date
- Take phone calls and emails and relay relevant information to streamline our processes
- Complete any other necessary tasks as assigned
- All scheduling for managing partner
- Direct managing partner to stay on time
- Email review and organization
- Organize and update teams' SOP binders
- Help with kids pick up from time to time
Qualifications :
- Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, administrative assistant or a related job with administrative tasks
- High school diploma or GED required
- Understands how to use Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Possibility of occasional travel
