Danny's Home Health Care Inc. is offering a full-time Regional Director of Nursing (DON), or Director of Clinical Services (DPCS), which oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of our home health care agency.
The candidate shall oversee locations in Los Angeles, Santa Barbra, Victorville, and Palm Springs. We are seeking someone who is compassionate and kind with a server's heart, who is willing to go above and beyond.
Their duties include evaluating and directing all nursing employees, establishing goals for the nursing department, and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.

The duties and responsibilities of a Director of Nursing include :
- Supervising all nursing staff
- Overseeing department budget
- Maintaining high standards of care for all patients
- Managing patients data and medical records as confidential records
- Communicating with doctors, patients and family members about patient health
- Recruiting, training, and onboarding new nursing staff
- Providing ongoing education classes
- Implementing new procedures and training Nurses on policies
- Provide proper care to patients in person in all the branches
