Position Summary :
Our client, an industry-leading renewable energy company is seeking an Owners' Representative to oversee impactful green energy projects, transforming organic waste into renewable power.
This role ensures projects meet high standards for safety, quality, budget, and timelines, working closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Relocate to project sites to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with company goals.
- Ensure contractors adhere to safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring project continuity and team alignment.
- Serve as the main on-site representative, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, suppliers, and local partners.
- Oversee project phases including budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, quality control, and contract compliance.
Qualifications :
- Willingness to relocate for extended periods and familiarity with construction schedules and on-site responsibilities.
- Proficiency in ProCore, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe / Bluebeam, Navisworks, Google Earth, and DocuSign.
- OSHA 30 Card (preferred); First Aid and AED Certification a plus.
- 5+ years in Construction Management, with proven ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, procurement, contract management, and financial tracking.
- Expertise in project documentation, compliance, scheduling, risk management, and blueprint reading.
- Effective communicator and problem solver with an organized, resourceful approach to handling project challenges.
