Requirements :
- Personable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work with and understand the problems of residents.
- Concern for work-safety program.
- Physical aspects of the job may require heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, and carrying.
- Good customer service, leadership, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
- Consistent work history and verifiable references
- Ability to pass drug / background and reference check
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and write in English
