Advent Talent Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a seasoned HR Consultant. This role requires a flexible, on-call HR professional to provide comprehensive support across various HR functions.
As the client’s needs can vary, the position offers flexibility with no set weekly hours, accommodating fluctuating workloads.

Compensation : $60.00-70.00 / hr.
Duties :
- HR Consultation : Provide expert advice on a broad range of HR topics, including policy development, compliance, and best practices.
- Employee Relations Management : Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances effectively and discreetly.
- Performance and Talent Management : Support performance management processes, including evaluations, improvement plans, and talent development initiatives.
- Policy and Procedure Oversight : Review, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Training and Development : Identify training needs and recommend development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.
- Reporting and Analytics : Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and track HR performance.
- Change Management Support : Assist with organizational changes, including transitions in leadership, to ensure smooth HR operations.
Qualifications :
- HR Experience : Proven experience as an HR consultant or in a similar HR role with a strong focus on employee relations and general HR management.
- Knowledge of HR Laws : Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Interpersonal Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
- Leadership Collaboration : Experience working with senior leaders and influencing HR strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Independent Work : Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
