Candidatesmust have previous automotive business office experience, and aminimum of 3 years accounting.
Responsibilities :
This positionis responsible for the oversight of accounting, asset managementand ensuring tax compliance, as well as financial / accountingdecisions of the dealership.
- Oversight of the accounting office personnel along with all aspectsof the general ledger and financial statements
- Partner with the General Manager to manage the financialresults of the dealership
- Responsible foradherence to dealership policies and internal control structure
- Proactively manage and safeguard companyassets
- Actively manage expense structure andvendors
- Strong willingness to adhere toestablished policies and procedures
- Preparethe daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by the managementteam
- Work with the management staff of thedealership to review the data and prepare reports as necessary
Qualifications :
The controller candidate musthave previous automotive business office experience.
